Frequently asked questions
- How does booking work?
- Pick a product, select your (already listed) business, choose a start date and pay via Stripe – the placement or premium profile activates automatically on the start date. The invoice is issued by our payment provider Stripe.
- Does the booking renew automatically?
- No. Every booking ends automatically after the booked term – there is no subscription and no notice period. Around 14 days before it expires we email you a reminder about a possible follow-up booking; you can object to this use of your address at any time, without any particular form.
- Are placements labelled as advertising?
- Yes. Paid placements are always clearly labelled "Ad". The premium profile only extends your own profile page, is not an ad, and has no effect on ordering or search results – see our page on ranking for details.
- What does it cost, and is VAT added?
- The prices per term shown above apply. Whether VAT is added is stated next to each price. All offers are directed exclusively at businesses (Unternehmer within the meaning of § 14 BGB).
- Who is the premium profile for?
- For businesses that want to show more on their profile page: up to ten photos, a services overview, a detailed description, an accent colour and optionally a video. You submit the content after purchase via the update form; our editors review it before publication.
