The Herbert Unger Distillery, based in Wetzhausen, produces a variety of fine brandies and liqueurs. The product line includes, among other things, quince brandy, apple brandy, mirabelle plum brandy, damson brandy, pear brandy, fruit brandy, cherry brandy, as well as walnut spirit and liqueurs such as cherry liqueur and quince liqueur.
