The Büttner Farm is a family-run agricultural business in Alitzheim, operated by Gebhard, Anni, and Rainer Büttner. They grow asparagus, cucumbers, strawberries, potatoes, and pumpkins on their own fields. In their farm store, the farm offers fresh and pickled products year-round, as well as select items from fellow farmers, such as apples, eggs, pasta, vinegar, canola oil, wine, and honey.
