Genusshof Knaup in Röthlein is a family-run farm that has been in operation since 1971. The farm store’s selection includes seasonal products grown on the farm, such as asparagus, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cucumbers, and wine from the farm’s own vineyards. In addition to selling at its own farm store in Röthlein, the farm also has a presence at various weekly markets in the region, including in Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Mellrichstadt, Bad Neustadt an der Saale, and Hammelburg.
