The Fackelmann Asparagus Farm in Frankenwinheim has been growing fresh asparagus in the Schweinfurt district since 1992. The white and green Franconian asparagus is harvested by hand using traditional methods. The farm sells its produce directly and also delivers the asparagus by arrangement.
